I worked with exclusive clientele on this special project to showcase the structure of some of the best clothing fabric on the planet. I took product photos of luxury Italian clothing brands including Kiton, Canali, Isaia and Ermenegildo Zegna. On the morning of December 12th at 6:30 am I grabbed a cup of coffee and started to setup my studio. This type of project required me to set up the lighting in an entirely different way so I can capture the smallest of details in the fine fabric. I set up my Profoto light boxes along with Elinchrom fiber optics lighting and decided to go with my Canon 5D mark II with a Tilt-Shift 90mm lens. I got a great feel for these handmade Italian garments which allowed me to really show the attention to detail and focus on quality that is put into each garment. Like president Massimo Bizzocchi of Kiton said "You got to keep the fiber alive." I'm not sure how many cups of coffee I had by the end of the day to finish the project. It was truly a pleasurable experience using my craft to represent such fine garments on print.

The new luxury photography website has a more user-friendly design, reflecting Ilya’s professionalism, outgoing personality and focus on customer service.

Ilya’s new website has several sections, which demonstrate his specialty in photographing architecture, products, food and editorials. The website also includes 20 testimonials from a variety of clients, including Luxury RealEstate.com President Meghan Barry and Miami Real Estate Senior Vice President Audrey Ross.

Based in the Seattle area, Ilya’s Photography serves clients across the country and around the world. Ilya has taken thousands of photos for restaurants, real-estate brokers and other business owners. His luxury photography helps them sell their products and services more effectively.

Ilya’s Photography clients can log into the new website to easily access all of their photos for use on their websites, print ads and other places.

The new luxury photography website was designed by Ryan Layne and Ilya’s two sons, Vlad and Alex Moshenskiy. Vlad works at Microsoft, Alex is a freelance marketing specialist, and Ryan is a Web developer.

Ilya is no stranger to covering big events with his keen eye for small details. Near the end of summer this year, he took time to photograph beautiful images at Seafair in Seattle. He has also been present at many Luxury Real Estate conferences, and he will be at the 13^th Annual Luxury Real Estate Fall Conference on Oct. 11-14, 2008. He’s such a hard worker and we definitely appreciate all of his efforts here at Luxury Real Estate.
