It is time again for one of the most scenic stops on the National Pro-Am tour, the AT&T at Pebble Beach. The weather is beautiful today and expected to remain so through the weekend.

Carmel Realty Company and its agents are familiar with the courses being played this weekend, and the houses that front the fairways and greens. This year’s play will be held on the Monterey Peninsula Country Club (MPCC) Shore course.

"I recently played the MPCC Shore course and it is in wonderful shape. The greens are rolling nicely," said Peter Butler, a Carmel Realty agent who had the privilege of playing in last year's tournament. Steve LaVaute, like Peter is a member of MPCC, played the Dune's course this morning and commented on the spectacular weather. Wind is often a major factor during the AT&T. Steve came off the course to show property but on his way through the office commented that "the weather was great this morning, light breeze and bright sun."

Carmel Realty Company also represents the top luxury vacation rentals in Pebble Beach. "We have both professional and amateur players who return to the same home each year. Some come a few days early to play, but I think just as many come to relax and enjoy Carmel and the Monterey Peninsula," observed Shelly Lynch President of Carmel Realty Company. There are corporate clients as well who reward their customers and clients with time at the tournament and use a Pebble Estate to host events. "Most of these corporate clients opt for properties with views of the course so their guests can come and go easily and enjoy the spectacular views from some of our homes," added Shelly.
