The latest region in Spain to become popular for luxury home seekers is the Costa Blanca, where true quality is at your fingertips through the spectacular scenery, the wonderful weather and the cultural and entertainment opportunities, the not forgetting the extensive culinary palette.

The Costa Blanca stretches along the Eastern coast of the Spanish peninsula, from the coastal towns of Denia to Pilar de la Horadada, covering a total of 218 kilometres, where the Mediterranean light bathes the region and envelopes it in an exceptional climate, considered to be one of the healthiest in the world by the World Health Organization. Large and majestic, the beaches of the Costa Blanca are without doubt among the best in Spain. Hundreds of kilometres of Mediterranean coastline to enjoy with endless fine sand beaches or white pebbled coves like the Moraig cove in Cumbre del Sol, voted one of the most beautiful on the Spanish coastline.

One of the favourite tourist destinations of all times within Europe, the Costa Blanca is now attracting many famous personalities and businessmen alike looking for the perfect hideaway home in this area which has so much to offer. Elegant properties in unique designs are establishing themselves amongst the traditional Spanish villas and the local towns shelter numerous galleries, exclusive boutiques and fine restaurants that offer exquisite high-quality services tailored to individual client needs.

Considered as one of the best spots in Spain for water skiing, cruising, jet skiing, sailing and bathing, the Costa Blanca also has several first-class marinas. For those who love golf, the Costa Blanca is a real paradise, with more than fifteen golf courses with the signature of the most prestigious designers and top golfers.

The Costa Blanca is now one of the most cosmopolitan sites in Europe, where cultures from abroad fuse with local traditions in perfect harmony. It's a lifestyle that allows its inhabitants to be free while enjoying an everyday life of safety, privacy and incomparable beauty. The excellent communications with the rest of Spain and Europe, thanks to the two international airports of Valencia and Alicante, and an extensive network of roads, dual carriageways and motorways, as well as railway links to the main Spanish cities, keep the Costa Blanca just a blink away from the rest of the world. A true pearl on the Mediterranean Sea for luxury living.

Costa Blanca has always been a dream destination to be. You should write an article on San Diego also. It is one of the most attractive destinations to be in the American Continent. Almost all the things mentioned about Costa Blanca are true for our city also. Have been to Costa Blanca twice and must admit that even I want to own a home there. Vivean

It is absolutely stunning there. I think everyone should visit at least once and realize that it really is the place to be!
