Casino tycoon Steve Wynn drops $24M for Plaza digs

Eloise is getting a new neighbor.
Casino magnate and art collector Stephen A. Wynn, chairman of the board and CEO of Wynn Resorts, purchased a 5,600-square-foot duplex at The Plaza. The asking price for the nine-room home with views of Central Park was $24 million and a source close to the deal said Mr. Wynn paid close to that amount.
