Your post is very interesting Jim. To answer you question I would say that the real estate markets all over the world are recovering again. And there are some positive signs for investment in this sector. I feel that real estate market can only sustain its self if the demand and supply are balanced. Whether it is commercial or residential property the price trend is high when the demand is high and the price trend is downwards if the supply is greater. It is the responsibility of the Government to keep this curve balanced.      </div>

Same thing here in Scottsdale AZ.  Banks make it extremely difficult for jumbo borrowers.  If you need a jumbo loan and have 30% down/equity you should consider private money financing as a short term solution.      </div>
