It will be interesting to see if Cher buys in Las Vegas. She's performing at Caesars, but Bette Middler is the headliner and she is still renting in Las Vegas. It would be interesting for some agents to post some pricing feedback on this blog post.

If you have ever driven past this property on Pacific Coast Highway you know that it is very remote to any neighbors. Only someone looking for privacy is going to pick up this property.
