Nice idea to share about the International Boat and Yacht show. As luxury buyers look in each city, it is probably one of the more common questions that gets asked "what homes do you have with boat slips?". Understanding what boat or yacht they have is essential to helping them with their real estate goals.

Excellent comment, James. Thank you very much for taking the time to point that out. I actually wrote an article on luxury properties with boat slips and nearby marinas in the spring 2008 issue of LuxuryRealEstate.com Magazine. I can definitely vouch that waterfront luxury homes are very popular, and yacht owners can be quite choosy about where to park their boats. Thanks again for your insightful words, James!

Hi Robert, Thanks for your honest feedback. I'm myself a blogger and I do understand that if there is something on a blog which is not of the persons interest or of any external influence,then the blog and the post would look and feel like an advertisement. (but this blog is well maintained in all aspects). I have a request and would be glad if you could do that. Now this is what I like. :) I'll start by pointing out that I just modified your comment, as you requested Brian, so that the title of the book reads "Living in Luxury." Thank you very much for asking. I apologize that you don't have the option to modify your own comments on our blog. It seems like that would be a standard feature. Also, I wish the comments section would remember people's names, email addresses and Web sites so we wouldn't have to type them in every time we want to comment on something. The easier the better when it comes to technology, I say. Also, you're welcome for the honest feedback about your comment.
