Stephen Dutcher, former Owner/Broker of DH&B, is a third-generation real-estate agent. At age 19, Steve received his real-estate license and followed with his Broker’s license in 1983. Steve’s commitment and professionalism is best illustrated by his successful sales history participating in real-estate sales & development in the Stuart, Sewall’s Point, Hutchinson Island and Jensen Beach areas.
