No matter what forecast Punxsutawney Phil made on Groundhog Day, spring is coming. With spring comes the sun, the heat and the yearning to be swimming in a pool. Gone are the days where a pool with a diving board and a slide were considered unique and luxurious. The current trend is to transform your pool into a tropical oasis or a Rocky Mountain getaway.

Exotic textures made of quartz and limestone create the appearance of a Mother Nature paradise in your own backyard. Framed with the beautiful textures and colors that make up your new pool are additions such as caves, grottos and waterfalls.

I personally love the idea of being able to vacation in my own backyard or pool house. While the slide and the diving board of yesteryear were for the children of the house, the limestone waterfalls and caves of today are catered more toward the adult consumer. This would definitely be a feature that any home buyer will love.
